jazz-era vibe and friendly staff

quirky vibecomfortable beddusty room
the hotel had a quirky vibe with lots of memorabilia. it also offered a reasonably priced breakfast (i enjoyed it!), and was helpful in organising a taxi for me when i was leaving. the bed was comfortable and the towels were fantastic.
our first room had loads of little flies. this was sorted quickly but the second room they gave us was very small and dusty. the lights, the walls and the floor were dusty and it was a shame because we were looking forward to staying here.

the hotel offered a reasonably priced breakfast with homemade options. it included bread, cheese, ham, cereal, and cake (it was simple but satisfying). free coffee, herbal tea and water were available all the time in the reception.

I appreciated the hotel's dedication to eco-friendly practices. The staff was helpful with directions. Free coffee and tea were available in the reception. I also liked having the option to leave my luggage after checkout, it was CONVENIENT.

The room was rather small, i felt a bit cramped. also, the air conditioning was not very effective, even on the lowest setting. It struggled to cool the room adequately. i noticed a slight musty smell upon entering, though it dissipated after a while. the location near the station meant some noise at night, though not excessively so.

The hotel features an eco-friendly focus. I appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Staff assisted me with a taxi upon my departure. The bed was comfortable.
The kettle was difficult to plug in because the outlets were too close to the desk. This made it a little inconvenient.
